FAQ
What the heck is a suburban sadhu?
Great question. I made the term up ;) Essentially I’m a therapist-turned-coach who doesn’t like labels or categories - and being a “suburban sadhu” feels like the best description of who & what I am these days. I’ve written a little blog post about it here and/or you can check out this video on YouTube that I recorded as well.
Is this religious?
Nope, definitely not. I respect and honor all walks and traditions, but don’t personally subscribe to anything specific. I prefer a direct relationship with life itself. I’m just here to help folks get in touch with what they believe and know to be true for them, and then live according to that.
Is this spiritual?
You could say that if you wanted. But we’re not talking a fluffy or floaty or escapist kind of spirituality here. We’re talking about a grounded and practical approach to living consciously and authentically.
Is this therapy?
Nope, sure isn’t. No diagnoses or insurance shenanigans here. Just some good ole fashioned self-inquiry and self-reflection. Sometimes my skills and experience as a former therapist do come in handy though ;)

So what exactly does Drew offer?
I usually collaborate with folks in one of three ways:
1) If you’re looking for a blast of perspective, we can meet for a single-session experience, known as a Vajra Session.
2) If you’re looking for a healthy dose of guidance and support, there’s the six week program known as Shiva. This is a great option for folks at a crossroads or moving through a transitional period.
3) If you’re looking for a complete system overhaul, then we’re going with The GROW Program, which is a three month commitment.
I will also offer individualized plant medicine preparation/integration programs for folks when/if it feels appropriate. And I’ve been known to create customized programs for returning clients as well.
Ok I think this is for me… how do I get started?
How long are sessions with Drew?
Meet & Greet Sessions are 40 minutes. Vajra Sessions are approximately 60min. Shiva and GROW Program sessions are approximately 75min. I don’t keep a hard clock though. Sessions conclude naturally.
How do we connect for sessions?
Sessions happen via Zoom - unless I happen to be in your neighborhood or part of the world. In that case we might be able coordinate an in-person hang.
Where in the world is Drew right now?
I’m presently back in the US - New Jersey specifically (Jan ‘24).
Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
